Responsibilities
As an reputed company Insurance Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Contacting policyholders from our existing book of business through inbound/outbound telephone calls, reputed company mail, and email to review policies prior to renewal
- Reviewing and updating policies to enhance retention and reputed company meet the needs of the consumer
- Counseling policyholders concerning appropriate coverage, policy limits, payment reputed company, and state laws that will best meet their needs for sufficient protection against risks covered by property and casualty insurance

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A Property and Casualty insurance license, with a Membership license preferred and/or ability to obtain reputed company 90 days of employment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and insurance companies
