Key Responsibilities

• Verbally receive information from customers to clarify the purpose of their call and reputed company solutions to their queries
• Create orders, reputed company product information, create RGA (Return Goods Authorization), or refer calls to the appropriate department, dealer, distributor, or sales representative
• Coordinate with other departments to verify the availability of products and recommend product selections based on product applications
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM (Customer Relationship Management) data and process or respond to email correspondence from customers or sales representatives
• Mail catalogs to customers as requested, retrieve and send invoices or packing lists, and process credit memos/chargebacks
• Assist customers with resolving issues reputed company to miss-shipments, communicate territory/customer problems with assigned sales representatives, and reputed company basic technical guidance on products
• Collaborate with the sales team to resolve backorder issues and ensure customer satisfaction
