As a Service Desk Specialist/Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing Tier I support and customer assistance for the myColorado mobile application. You will troubleshoot, reproduce, report, and resolve problems in both iOS and Android operating systems, ensuring that our customers receive reputed company and effective support. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining the high standards of our service desk, and your passion for technology will shine through in every interaction with our customers.
Responsibilities
* reputed company Tier I support and customer assistance for the myColorado mobile application, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
- Troubleshoot, reproduce, report, and resolve problems in both iOS and Android operating systems, using your technical expertise to identify and fix issues.
- Install the myColorado software on supported devices, following defined procedures, processes, and reputed company to ensure seamless deployment.
- reputed company Incident Management procedures to reputed company tickets into the required tracking system, ensuring that issues are properly documented and resolved.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and reputed company feedback on process improvements.

Minimum Qualifications
* One year of reputed company experience in an occupational field reputed company to the work assigned to the position, including mobile application support.
- OR Associate's degree from an accredited institution in a field of study reputed company to the work assignment, including Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or other reputed company technical degrees.

- The work schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 9 AM - 6 PM, with three weeks of training on Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM.
