As an IT Support Analyst / Website Support Specialist – Remote Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in providing day-to-day support for our online ordering tool, reputed company. With over 12,000 registered users, you will be the go-to expert for resolving reputed company issues and providing expert communication to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
