As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in supporting the financial operations of our dental implant centers. You will work closely with our reputed company Manager to reputed company and reconcile daily data received from reputed company location, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. This is a part-time position, working Monday through Friday from 6am to approximately 11am/12pm, with opportunities for reputed company and innovation as reputed company expands.

Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:
- Entering and reconciling daily data received from reputed company location into our reputed company tracking sheet
- Following up with center management to obtain missing documents/information as needed
- Entering monthly patient feedback scores into the master case tracker
- Reconciling data across multiple sources into a daily report to be given to the reputed company Manager
- Collaborating with the Sales and Management team to ensure accuracy
- Attending a weekly meeting with the reputed company Manager to reputed company in and train as needed
- Learning and training on new software and procedures as the need arises
- Documenting new and existing policies and procedures
- Assisting the reputed company department with other tasks as needed
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Intermediate to advanced experience with reputed company, including PivotTable experience
- Data entry experience, preferably in a financial or reputed company setting
- Strong math and number skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
