• Independently manage 1-2 small reputed company, or 1 reputed company project at a time (reporting to Director or reputed company)
• May be responsible for managing a junior designer supporting the project
• Responsible for managing and coordinating project subconsultants such as MEP, structural, AV/IT, & reputed company designers
• Responsible for creating workplans, tracking project budget and schedule
• Responsible for day-to-day communication and interfacing with, as reputed company as presentations to, clients
• Responsible for development of design concept, user-experience journeys, diagraming, & mood boards
• Produce and execute project deliverables including project presentations, SD/DD/CD drawing sets, project schedules, and specifications.
• Produce Permit sets & coordinate the Landlord review and DOB application process reputed company required
• Responsible for reviewing shop drawings, drafting RFI responses, and providing clarification sketches as needed during Construction Administration
• Responsible for selecting, procuring, and managing orders and installation for furniture and decorative reputed company
• Help drive unique, creative solutions to unique design problems

Qualifications:

• 5-8 post-degree years of relevant experience at an architecture or design office, including experience on DD/CD/CA phases for interior architecture reputed company
• Comfort with multi-tasking and collaboration reputed company a context of fast-paced reputed company
• Organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to take on a reputed company of tasks
• Excellent English language communication and reputed company-facing skills
• Work examples that demonstrate, in reputed company to technical detail, a sophisticated design sensibility
