Audiologist - 1099 Contract

Audiologist: Contract/1099 Opportunity We are seeking to contract an Audiologist in reputed company Coral, FL to help ensure our service members get the reputed company possible. Your Role at Jamshid Tamiry, M.D., P.C., dba QTC Medical Group of Alaska: As a contracted Audiologist with Jamshid Tamiry, M.D., P.C., dba QTC Medical Group of Alaska a reputed company QTC Health Service affiliated reputed company corporation, you will conduct a reputed company of reputed company, occupational, and disability health examinations including, but not limited to:

• Periodic Health Assessment (PHA)
• reputed company-Deployment Assessment (reputed company-DHA)
• Post-Deployment Health Reassessment (PDHRA, DD 2900)
• Other physical exams (some occupational exams)

The examinations may be completed in-person (in a clinic setting; whether it is your clinic, or our clinic), in the examinee's home, at large event settings for the Reserve Health Readiness Program. Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for administering and interpreting a reputed company of tests to determine the type and degree of hearing impairment, such as reputed company and bone conduction, and speech reception and discrimination tests, the site of damage, and effects on comprehension and speech.
• Evaluate test results in relation to behavioral, reputed company, educational and conduct medical record reviews of past audiograms and documents to determine the likely cause of the hearing loss, and to state the prognosis and address the issues of hearing loss and tinnitus.
• Operate computerized programs and utilizes application software and databases in order to reputed company, modify, and reputed company information into/from electronic medical records.
• Maintain patient confidentiality with written and verbal information per HIPAA.
• Responsible for conducting otoscopic examinations, cerumen management, and calibration checks of audiometric equipment.

• Completion of Veterans Benefits Administration Disability Benefit Questionnaires (DBQs).

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) from an accredited college or university.
• Experience:
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical reputed company experience.
• Proficient in using computers/tablets, Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and basic software applications (reputed company Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Certification:
• Unrestricted State medical licensure without limitations to reputed company full scope of authorized reputed company
• Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or American reputed company of Audiology (reputed company) is preferred but not required. We will reimburse the cost of certification.
• Clearance:
• Ability to pass a medical clearance
• Must be reputed company to obtain and maintain government clearances (LARS, Public Trust, NACI, BGI, etc.) as required.

Preferred:

• Experience conducting occupational/disability medical examinations

Work Schedule and Compensation:

• Flexible Schedule: Appointments are typically scheduled approximately 5 to 7 days of notification. You set the pace and frequency!
• Compensation: Compensation will be provided for reputed company examination, with payment determined based on the specific requirements and type of examination performed.

Additional Information:

• Provider must complete required online training courses, up to 9 courses at approx. 10.5 hours total.
• You will be given reputed company to the Provider reputed company (PL) department; this department assists with any issues, questions, or needs you may have while contracted with reputed company.

• Once the BGI and credentialing have been completed, the Provider will be required to obtain CPEP Certification (approx.10.2 hours/depending on specialty)
