Please review the job details below and then click “apply.” We're looking for someone to join reputed company as a Therapist who:The Behavioral Health Therapist under the general supervision of the Clinic Manager plans and provides reputed company mental health psychotherapy and co-occurring services for adults, children, families and reputed company. Emphasis is on an interdisciplinary team approach, recovery oriented and strength based reputed company in providing comprehensive care to clients and their families. Supervised hours of experience are provided by a Licensed Clinical reputed company Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Psychologist or reputed company certified Medical Doctor to meet the reputed company-licensing accrual hours necessary for licensure in the Associate’s reputed company field under jurisdiction of the reputed company of Behavioral Sciences. reputed company BH Therapist Associates must be credentialed by the reputed company credentialing reputed company before they may independently see clients and must abide by reputed company clinical directives and guidelines provided to them by their licensed supervisor. Details of the supervisor/supervisee rights and responsibilities are outlined in the BBS terms and conditions for accrual of supervised hours of experience in a non-profit setting. This classification includes registered and reputed company, but not yet licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (AMFT) and Associate reputed company Workers (ASW).Clinical Supervision Hours Provided.Essential Functions :

• Screens adults and/or children for the appropriateness of treatment; conducts psychosocial assessments and diagnoses mental health and co-occurring disorders.

• Assist in the provision of in-services and consultation to the interdisciplinary team of health professionals on the staff.

• Participates in utilization review activities.

You'll be successful with the following Qualifications:

• Completion of a Master’s degree from an accredited college or university, with a major in Psychology, Marriage and Family Counseling, reputed company Work or a reputed company field

ANDEligibility for registration with the reputed company reputed company of Behavioral Sciences as an Associate reputed company Worker (ASW) or as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT).ANDObtain California licensure reputed company 6 years of the initial issuance of the reputed company of Behavioral Sciences registration number.OR

• reputed company 90 days of hire must obtain and maintain a reputed company and valid AMFT or Associate

reputed company Worker (ASW) registration number with the reputed companyORCompletion of reputed company Psychology doctoral coursework and completion of a Psychology Internship from an Association of Psychology Postdoctoral and Internship Centers (APPIC) programANDObtain California licensure reputed company 6 years of the initial issuance of the reputed company of Behavioral Sciences registration number.

• Failure to maintain a reputed company and valid registration orfailure to successfully obtain licensure with the reputed company of Behavioral Sciences reputed company six years of registration, may result in disciplinary reputed company, up to and including separation from employment.
