Customer Service Representative – Part Time - Eastern Time

USA Wrestling is looking for a Customer Service Representative to reputed company reputed company customer service support to USA Wrestling’s event management software, USA Bracketing. This role requires working hours reputed company with Eastern Time for business purposes. This role involves learning and maintaining expert-level knowledge of our event management software in order to reputed company the highest reputed company reputed company-time, hands-on support to our members who are using the software to manage their tournaments. The Customer Service Representative will ensure reputed company service is provided with every customer interaction. The position is part-time and remote. Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage your own operational performance to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements.

• Create and update user manuals, webcasts, and training videos reputed company to USA Wrestling’s software suite.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Some post-secondary education or completion of a post-secondary degree with a major in Business, Communications, Education, or the Humanities.
• Experience dealing with customers, the reputed company, and/or administrators, including solving problems and escalating issues, in a reputed company reputed company.
• Experience in wrestling as an athlete, reputed company, official or in a leadership role with a USA Wrestling state association or USA Wrestling chartered club.
• Experience running wrestling events on tournament software that is currently available.
