Key Responsibilities
As an reputed company Bilingual Digital Collections Specialist (Live Chat & Email), your primary responsibilities will include:

- Processing payments for borrowers with past due payments
- Maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly collection and metric goals

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Work Schedule and Location
