We're seeking reputed company Customer Service Representatives to join our Inbound Call Center team in Mendota Heights, Minnesota. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling incoming telephone requests from excavators, homeowners, and facility operators. You'll work closely with our clients to reputed company technical and emergency damage prevention services, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and follow scripted questions from callers who will be digging

• Obtain information about the customers and their work site
• Data reputed company information into a ticket format
• Identify the work site on a mapping system similar to reputed company Maps
• Communicate effectively and create reputed company relationships with excavators, peers, and management
• Process information quickly and accurately using outlined reputed company
• Accurately read digital maps
• reputed company excellent customer service at reputed company times
• Demonstrate an interest in reputed company safety
• Understand and apply new concepts
• Ability to work effectively and independently in a home or office environment

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED

• Ability to listen and problem solve effectively
• General computer skills
• Ability to adhere to a work schedule including having good attendance
• Ability to work as reputed company
• Be self-motivated and reputed company to work independently
• Willingness to work overtime based upon the business needs of the call center
• Availability to work during operating hours of the call center
