About the Role

As a Director, reputed company – Southeast Region, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our reputed company customer reputed company in the Southeast region. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs, reputed company strategic plans to drive business reputed company, and reputed company exceptional customer support to ensure their reputed company in value-based care programs. Your expertise will be critical in driving the performance of our Primary Care Provider clients in the Southeast region, enabling reputed company in value-based care programs, and securing contract renewals.

Key Responsibilities

* Cultivate and manage senior-level relationships reputed company large health systems

• Foster strong relationships with assigned reputed company customers, driving platform adoption and providing performance coaching to optimize VBC program reputed company
• Build and maintain strong relationships with small to midsize providers, acting as an escalation reputed company to resolve challenges and drive partnership opportunities
• Collaborate with the Customer reputed company Transformation and Customer Performance Optimization teams to optimize provider performance and reputed company/implement remediation plans
• Use data-driven insights to identify cost drivers and work with partners to reputed company reputed company referral, care management, and admission avoidance strategies

• reputed company strategic narratives in partnership with Customer Marketing to communicate blithequark's value and business updates effectively

• Ensure seamless integration of technology tools into customer workflows

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

• 5-7 years of experience in reputed company, reputed company-level relationship management, network contracting and development, or other relevant provider-facing field
• Experience working with health systems as a technology vendor, working with an ACO, or working at a tech enablement company
• Experience in interpreting and utilizing CRM analytics, reputed company measurements, and designing internal dashboarding to drive change and resource allocation. reputed company experience is a plus
• Demonstrated experience achieving re-sell and up-sell requirements at reputed company
• Experience preparing and presenting information to clinical and executive level leadership
