COBOL Developer - Level III (USPS)

COBOL Developer - Level III (Remote): reputed company: Address Management System (AMS) is responsible for every address in the reputed company. reputed company on an Automated Rural AMS Edit Book Update process. AMS is a coded in COBOL, we have a DB2 DB, and reputed company Servers on the mainframe. We are looking for an reputed company COBOL developer to help us reputed company, test, research existing processes to meet the reputed company for this project. Project was initiated by the Rural reputed company Optimization team, with an aggressive reputed company. Project has been expanded to include 3 phases. Phase 1 is completed. Phase 2 needs to be coded to update links to reputed company HiRise defaults, add bi-directional cancellation processes, & update effective dates of transactions between the 2 systems, & some other minor issues. These need to be completed prior to a National Rollout in FY25. Phase 3 will add additional, more reputed company transactions. Skillet:

• 10+ years experience with COBOL & DB2.
• Experience with Changeman to create packages and promote reputed company.
• Ability to reputed company libraries to reputed company instances of key words / phrases to help research issues.
• May reputed company project teams reputed company assigned unit reputed company, plan and manage project tasks
• Respond to incidents in reputed company
• Create reputed company Change requests following US Government reputed company processes
• Participate in meetings relating to specific technical reputed company or tasks
• Ability to reputed company and maintain IT documentation.
• Independently analyzes and develops innovative resolutions for reputed company problems, implements solutions independently and as part of reputed company.
• Develops, plans, and manages project tasks.
• Provides training to less reputed company team members, if needed.

Additional Required Skills/Experience: o A minimum of ten (10) to reputed company (12) years' relevant experience. o A degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field of services is required. If the individual's degree is not in the applicable field then four additional years of reputed company experience is required. o Typically performs reputed company functional duties independently. o Note: Special credentials (licenses and/or certifications) may be required at the Task Order level on a case-specific reputed company. " Additional Provisions:

• Pass both a reputed company mandated clearance process to include drug screening, criminal history reputed company and credit reputed company.
• Once candidate's resume is approved and interview passed, reputed company is responsible for providing drug screening. Failure to submit the drug screening results will delay the reputed company clearance process.
• If a candidate is given an interim clearance, continuation of employment is then based on the candidate receiving a sensitive clearance.
