As a Customer Support Chat Specialist, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to providing top-notch support to our users. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Responding to inquiries from reputed company and prospective users and donors reputed company live chat and email in a reputed company and accurate manner
• Following up with unresponsive users and leads to ensure their questions are resolved
• Proactively identifying user needs and helping customers implement specific features
• Analyzing product malfunctions and reporting them to our development team
• Gathering user feedback, feature requests, and workarounds, and proactively suggesting improvements

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to queries from users in a reputed company and accurate way reputed company live chat and email

• Follow up with unresponsive users and leads to ensure their questions are resolved
• Proactively identify user needs and help customers implement specific features
• Analyze product malfunctions (e.g., by testing different scenarios or impersonating users) and report them

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience working remotely in the tech industry

• 2+ years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
