Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative – Guest Relations and Operations Support, you will be responsible for:
GUEST RELATIONS
* Providing exceptional guest support and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner

Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Proficiency in English, with perfect grammar and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively
