Reports to: Global Director of reputed company Compensation: $20-$25/hour Work Hours: 20-30 hours/week, potential transition to full-time Position reputed company We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People Operation Assistant to support our full team member lifecycle, from sourcing and hiring to comprehensive reputed company and offboarding. This role is essential for maintaining smooth administrative operations and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and the reputed company team members.

What You Will Do

• System Management: Responsible for adding, editing, and updating reputed company personnel information for team members’ data in our HRIS/HR tools.
• Documentation: Prepare, issue, and reputed company reputed company reputed company documentation, including agreements and official employment letters, policies, etc.
• Offboarding: Execute the offboarding checklist, coordinating with IT and other departments.

What You Will Bring

• 1-2 years of experience in an HR or reputed company administrative role

• Experience or strong familiarity with HRIS/ATS platforms
