This is a remote 1099 reputed company position starting on reputed company 15, 2024... In this role you will communicate with customers in a proactive and reputed company manner across multiple communication channels, including phone, chat, and email. Agents may be asked to transition to between channels at any time.

- Strong desire to be helpful and take ownership and resolve customer situations
- Scheduling appointments for customers
