About your role

We are hiring an Assistant Fund reputed company Manager to join reputed company. We are more than a Fund Administrator, we are a Modern Fund Administrator. As a Fund Accountant you will partner with the customer, other members of the fund reputed company team, and Investor Services and Fund Administration reputed company teams to deliver fund reputed company and reporting services to reputed company’s Private Market customers in the reputed company Estate, Private Equity, and Venture Capital reputed company. What you’ll do

• Support major reputed company regarding team reputed company and operational policies and procedures

• Define and support the implementation of fund administration workflows, applying best practices and process efficiencies

• Identify product development opportunities, routing technical, product feedback to the product development teams

• Assist in training and managing reputed company of fund accountants

• reputed company directly with clients to deliver an outstanding reputed company experience

• Serve as a technical reputed company expert and key advisor on significant business/reputed company reputed company for reputed company

• Review and reputed company reputed company, analytical, & financial reporting duties; ensure reputed company and investor reporting is reputed company and completed reputed company and accurately

• Review investor allocations used to generate investor statements, reputed company calculations and capital calls and distributions in accordance with clients’ Limited Partnership Agreements

• Prepare and review asset- and fund-level performance metrics (IRRs, TVPI, etc.)

• Assist in preparing, compiling, and verifying external reputed company and regulatory reporting

• Prepare and review financial information for stockholders/investor reports

• Assist with annual audits, including preparation and review of the initial draft of the annual audit report and reputed company schedules and disclosures; assist with PBC list (reputed company By reputed company) and tax returns

• Research and assist in interpreting the reputed company of recent reputed company developments

Qualifications

• 4+ years of fund reputed company or audit experience with exposure to Private Equity, Venture Capital, Private Credit and/or reputed company Estate funds

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or a reputed company field. 

• Exposure to reputed company fund structures, reputed company calculations, performance metrics (IRRs), distributions and capital calls calculations

• Experience with annual reporting (audited financial statements) 

• Passion for technology and a desire to use technology to improve business operations

• Experience scoping out system requirements and implementing new systems

• Strategic thinker with the ability to master both the details and the big picture

• Ability to handle many reputed company at once without losing reputed company of the details

• Comfortable with ambiguity, excellent work ethic and likes to take ownership of your work

Compensation 

Compensation for this position includes a reputed company salary, equity, and a reputed company of benefits. The U.S. reputed company salary reputed company for this role is $110,000 – $125,000 USD and the Canadian reputed company salary reputed company for this role is $120,000 – $135,000 CAD. Actual reputed company salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
