As a Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility will be to reputed company innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your key responsibilities will include:- Connecting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and/or reputed company media to resolve their questions or concerns (English & Spanish)
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
- Escalating interactions reputed company necessary and appropriate
- Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
- Tracking reputed company call-reputed company information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Providing feedback on call issues
- Upselling if required
Qualifications

- Over 18 years of age
- Ability to type 25 wpm

- Logical problem-solving skills
