What You'll Be Doing

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our clients' customers, providing world-class support and resolving questions and complaints reputed company to their accounts. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Required Qualifications

* Must be at least 18 years of age or older

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Six months minimum experience in call center, customer service, and/or dispatcher experience
• Customer service experience
