We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our overnight team, working from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, handling loan applications, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Responsibilities and Duties

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Making outbound and receiving inbound calls to assist customers with their loan applications and other financial services
• Consistently and accurately documenting reputed company information pertaining to accounts, using your exceptional attention to detail
