Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers, and providing them with an exceptional shopping experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers, running the register, and cashiering with a smile
• Making purchase suggestions and working with our food program to create a seamless shopping experience
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
• Providing fast and friendly service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
• Collaborating with your team to reputed company daily goals and maintain high standards for store appearance
• Participating in regular training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Retail and customer service experience (an asset)
• Sales associate or cashiering experience (an asset)
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
• Physical stamina to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
• Grasp, reputed company, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
