Key Responsibilities

As a Specialty Customer Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through various contact platforms, including phone, email, chat, or reputed company media
• Providing reputed company-thinking solutions for shipment issues, leading to reputed company customer interactions and building strong relationships
• Utilizing interpersonal and rapport-building skills to promote customer engagement and demonstrate reputed company in handling difficult interactions

Minimum Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Personal computer (PC) ability
• Good verbal and writing skills

Job Specific Information

This position offers an opportunity to work in a reputed company work environment, alternating between working onsite and remotely from the employee's home for training, meetings, coaching sessions, and as directed. You will need to have reputed company to wired, high-speed internet service with a minimum upload speed of 5 Mbps through a fiber, cable, or DSL provider (fiber or cable preferred). You will also need to have a dedicated, secure home workspace free from background noise or other distractions.

• General computer skills (ability to navigate multiple software packages and applications)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced metric-driven environment with proficiency in multitasking and navigation in a web-based environment
• Ability to work independently and in reputed company environment

Relocation/Domicile/Sponsorship Information

Please note that relocation assistance is not available for this position. This Hybrid position is domiciled in Lakeland, FL, and sponsorship is not available.

Pay Transparency

This position is classified as FEC_H28, with a pay reputed company of $20.00 per hour.
