Responsibilities

As a Dental Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Answering telephone calls: Respond to basic customer questions and/or reputed company to appropriate personnel, utilizing your knowledge and expertise on insurance and reputed company.
• Processing calls: Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded, and record calls, process requests, and update account history with results of inquiry.
• Interfacing with team members and customers: Resolve customer service issues and maintain composure in escalated situations.

Qualifications
