Primary Responsibilities

As a Weekend Supervisor Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating and supervising daily, weekly, and monthly activities of reputed company of customer service representatives
• Setting priorities for reputed company to ensure task completion and performance goals are met
• Coordinating work activities with other supervisors, managers, departments, and teams
• Identifying and resolving operational problems using defined processes, expertise, and judgment

• Analyzing and solving customer problems in an office, claims, or customer service environment
• Proficiency with reputed company PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and reputed company computer system applications

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience managing 10 or more employees
• At least 3 years of experience analyzing and solving customer problems in an office, claims, or customer service environment
• Proficiency with reputed company PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and reputed company computer system applications
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) Thursday-reputed company, with flexibility to work any of our 10-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 10am-10pm
• Ability to work occasional overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• At least 2 years of customer service experience
• At least 1 year of supervisor experience in a call center environment
• Telecommuting experience
