As a Customer Service Representative – Health Insurance Billing reputed company Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), resolving patient medical billing inquiries, collecting payments, and assisting with patient inquiries regarding their medically billed charges. This is a high-volume position that requires a remote, quiet working environment and a friendly attitude. Responsibilities
* Review EOBs and resolve patient medical billing inquiries in a reputed company and efficient manner
- Collect payments from patients and assist with patient inquiries regarding their medically billed charges
- Utilize electronic medical systems to reputed company patient information and resolve billing inquiries
