As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of reputed company, providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating product and pricing information, and resolving customer issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a reputed company call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat

• Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently

• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to reputed company legendary service for our customers!
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
