Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition to reputed company for technical and strategic roles, including sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and reputed company.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand role requirements, define candidate reputed company, and create targeted recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill positions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of reputed company experience in a corporate or agency environment, with a strong reputed company on technical or analytical roles.

• Bachelor's degree required; or at least 3 years of equivalent experience in a similar level role required.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust with hiring managers and candidates.
