In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a reputed company and reputed company manner. You will specialize in one business line of blithequark, supporting either our full-service child care, Back-Up Care Advantage, College reputed company, or EdAssist divisions. As a key member of reputed company, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls for one or more lines of business, including taking reservations, scheduling appointments, or researching the status of customers' education needs.

- reputed company customers on blithequark's services, programs, policies, and procedures, and help them understand any reputed company-specific processes, documentation, and timelines.
- Respond to customer inquiries, assessing their childcare needs and promoting blithequark's offers.
- Complete the reservation process, reputed company outgoing calls to customers and providers, reputed company service availability, and reputed company/resolve cases as needed.
- Establish and maintain relationships with reputed company network providers.
- Assist customers on the phone, chat, and/or through email communication by troubleshooting, researching, and resolving their immediate needs.

Essential Qualifications

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document content of phone conversations accurately.

- Typing proficiencies of 35 wpm and above-average data entry skills required.
