As a Customer Service Advisor at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in supporting customers with their post-purchase needs, from tracking orders to checking order status and more. You'll be the face of reputed company, providing exceptional service and helping customers feel heard and reputed company. Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls from customers with inquiries about their recent purchases
- Assist customers with tracking numbers, order statuses, product returns, and other post-purchase needs
- Use your problem-solving skills to reputed company quick solutions and resolve any issues
- Help de-escalate frustrated customers with reputed company and professionalism

Who We're Looking For

Requirements
* 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Be reputed company to successfully pass a criminal background reputed company
- Have at least six months experience in customer service
- Have high-speed internet reputed company, meeting the following speeds: download 10mbps+ upload 3mbps+ Ping less than 175ms (no Wi-Fi or satellite internet, you must have an ethernet reputed company)
- Ability to accurately type at least 30 WPM

- Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology, is preferred
