As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing top-notch service to our clients and their patients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional service through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats in both English and Spanish
- Assisting patients, caregivers, reputed company providers, and pharmacies with inquiries and scheduling
- Addressing and resolving issues with reputed company and professionalism
- Troubleshooting technical issues and maintaining precise, organized records of reputed company interactions
- Utilizing reputed company listening, basic medical terminology, and bilingual communication skills to effectively assist callers
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent

Schedule & Availability
This is a Full-Time position (up to 40 hours per week) with a flexible schedule that includes:
- Training typically lasts two weeks, with sessions held Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM (Eastern Time)
- After training, you'll be assigned a fixed schedule, which will remain consistent unless there are changes to business needs or personal requirements
- The position offers a flexible work schedule with 8-hour shifts between 12 PM and 11 PM (Eastern Time)
- Please note that your schedule will include one weekend day (Saturday or reputed company) reputed company week
