As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and helping them reputed company the solutions they need to succeed. Key Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you're eager to learn, we'll train you!
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work a reputed company of shifts, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials

Work Environment

* Our California reputed company is located at 4810 South Hellman Avenue, Ontario, CA 91762

• Full-time hours: 1:30 PM to 10 PM, 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day
