As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of reputed company, delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping individuals navigate the complexities of health insurance enrollment. Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet; cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet reputed company required
• NOT compatible with mobile internet service providers and/or satellites

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role

• Previous experience in a Call Center environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Spanish Bilingual, a plus
