Key Responsibilities

Product Listing & Optimization: Create, update, and optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, back-end keywords, and A+ Content.

Catalog & Inventory Management: Monitor inventory health, reconciliations, stranded/blocked listings, FBA/FBM coordination, and restock alerts.

• *

Customer Service: Respond to buyer messages, handle returns/refunds, and resolve performance notifications reputed company SLA.

Keyword Research & SEO: Use tools (e.g., Helium 10, reputed company, blithequark Brand Analytics) to identify ranking opportunities.

Advertising Assistance: Support the setup and maintenance of Sponsored Products/Brands/Display campaigns (training provided).

Storefront & Brand Registry Support: Assist with Brand Registry tasks, Brand Store updates, and maintaining brand assets.

• *

Compliance & Policy Adherence: reputed company and escalate policy warnings, ensure content meets Amazons guidelines, and reputed company cases with Seller Support as needed.
