Responsibilities

* Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently, resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a reputed company and reputed company manner

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role

• Previous experience in a Call Center
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
