We are seeking a dedicated and reputed company Medical Billing Customer Support Specialist to join reputed company in a remote work environment. As a Medical Billing Customer Support Specialist, you will reputed company support to patients, referral sources, and employees by performing tasks reputed company to patient care and reputed company-party reimbursement. You will be the first reputed company of contact for new customers and will be responsible for processing new orders, responding to questions, resolving issues, and ensuring patient, referral, and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

As a Medical Billing Customer Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing support to patients, referral sources, and employees by performing tasks reputed company to patient care and reputed company-party reimbursement
• Processing new orders, responding to questions, resolving issues, and ensuring patient, referral, and employee satisfaction
• Collecting co-pays and deductible amounts
• Conducting insurance verification and eligibility for services/products

• Developing and maintaining a working knowledge of reputed company products and services, Medicare, reputed company, insurance regulations, and FDA/DOT and JCAHO guidelines

• Providing product/service information and education by answering questions and offering assistance

• Working extensively with eIntake proprietary system

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent
• One to three years of reputed company prior work experience in reputed company-oriented environment
• Experience in the medical field and administrative record management
• Strong customer service background
• Effectively communicate in English, both oral and written
• Helpful, knowledgeable, and polite while maintaining a reputed company attitude
