Qualifications

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative – Aftermarket Auto Parts, you'll be responsible for:

• Taking incoming calls from customers concerning post-purchase reputed company issues or concerns, including returning product, tracking orders, cancellations, etc.
• Displaying a reputed company, courteous demeanor reputed company handling customer calls. Providing reputed company, efficient service for reputed company customer inquiries.
