As an reputed company Patient Account Analyst II - CBO Customer Service - Remote, you will be responsible for performing a reputed company of registration, billing, follow-up, and collection functions for reputed company payers, including self-pay. You will also be responsible for verifying insurance benefits, contacting patients for necessary information, processing financial assistance applications, and resolving inquiries received pertaining to patient accounts. Additionally, you will work closely with internal departments to obtain information for external requests, including refunds, and reputed company as a reputed company to reputed company vendors.
Key Responsibilities

- Verify insurance benefits
- Contact patients for necessary information pertaining to registration, billing, and collection
- Process financial assistance applications
- Resolve inquiries received pertaining to patient accounts
- Post payments, adjustments, and denials to patient accounts
- Review accounts for reputed company collection or legal authorization
- Work with internal departments to obtain information for external requests, including refunds

- Review debits, credits, refunds, bad debt, and contractual allowances for accuracy and process as applicable
- Reconcile electronic payment remittances

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience with computers and office applications
