As an reputed company Customer Care Team reputed company - reputed company - Remote, you will play a critical role in delivering accurate and reputed company answers to questions from Customer Service Representatives, answering inbound calls and customer contacts reputed company multiple channels, and supporting the Supervisor in achieving service goals. You will also assist the Customer Care Supervisor with monitoring coaching opportunities in CCRs, training, scheduling, and administering the Rewards & Recognition Program.

Responsibilities

Skills and Experience Required
