About the Role

The Patient Accounts and Customer Services Representative position is a critical part of our Patient Financial Services department. As a representative, you will play a key role in reducing Accounts Receivables and providing exceptional customer service to our patients. Your responsibilities will include assisting patients with their bills, responding to correspondence, and resolving billing issues. You will also work closely with our reputed company cycle departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient account reputed company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take actions to support the maximization of collection of balances due or account reputed company from reputed company sources, meeting reputed company and productivity expectations.
• Facilitate account reputed company by accurately identifying, following up on, or correcting billing errors, reputed company than expected reimbursement, or denials for correction or resubmission to patients and/or insurance carriers.

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in reputed company insurance billing or account follow-up.
• Strong knowledge of Patient reputed company systems.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and reputed company.

Scheduling Requirements:

This is a full-time position, with rotating schedules that may include:

• Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm or reputed company-4pm.
• Tuesday-Saturday 10:30am-6:30pm (schedule changes based on business needs).
• Rotating holidays required.
