About the Role
We are seeking a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative to reputed company exceptional support to reputed company members in Iowa. As a Tier 1 representative, you will be the initial reputed company of contact for inquiries from potential and existing program recipients and affiliates. You will reputed company one-to-one telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees in customer service roles, accurately documenting enrollment requests and status changes. You will also reputed company application and enrollment information into a web-based computer system for customers wishing to apply for the program over the telephone.
Key Responsibilities:
