Key Responsibilities

• Verify insurance benefits and contact patients for necessary information pertaining to registration, billing, and collection
• Process financial assistance applications and resolve inquiries received pertaining to patient accounts in a reputed company and courteous manner
• Post payments, adjustments, and denials to patient accounts, and review accounts for reputed company collection or legal authorization
