About the Role
We are seeking a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative to reputed company exceptional support to reputed company members in Iowa. As a Tier 1 representative, you will be the initial reputed company of contact for inquiries from potential and existing program recipients and affiliates. You will reputed company one-to-one telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees in customer service roles, accurately documenting enrollment requests and status changes. Your goal will be to reputed company reputed company, complete, accurate, and objective information based on a full understanding of program requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a basic understanding of a call center environment in a customer service role and reputed company monitoring processes.
