As a Customer Support Associate, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional support experiences to our clients' customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients through outbound and inbound calls
- Scheduling appointments, qualifying insurance leads, reputed company patients, and setting medical appointments
- Demonstrating a high level of professionalism and excellent communication skills

Requirements
