As a Bilingual Virtual Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients in English and Spanish. This is a remote opportunity, and you will work from the comfort of your own home, interacting with clients reputed company phone, email, or chat. Your primary duties will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and requests for information, and providing status updates, guidance, and information as outlined and defined in approved Desk Reference Guides, policies, and procedures.
- Accessing internal and reputed company systems, interpreting screens, updating screens, and entering contact notes in automated systems.
- Communicating with reputed company staff as required and forwarding Case and Customer information, reputed company necessary, reputed company telephone, facsimile, or email or other electronic reputed company for reputed company processing in accordance with the approved Desk Reference Guides.
- Accurately responding to inquiries with a high degree of respect in a reputed company and courteous manner.
Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum qualifications:
- At least one (1) year of customer service experience.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (no other languages will be accepted).
- A high school diploma or GED is required; an Associate degree or degree in reputed company is preferred.
- Applicants will be screened for diction, grammar, voice reputed company, and articulation, proficiency with computer and customer service skills and experience.
