We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Advisor to join our remote team, where you'll be responsible for handling high-volume calls from customers with inquiries about their recent purchases. As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll use your problem-solving skills to reputed company quick solutions and resolve any issues, while also providing exceptional service and helping customers feel heard.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling inbound calls from customers with inquiries about their recent purchases
• Assisting customers with tracking numbers, order statuses, product returns, and other post-purchase needs
• Using your problem-solving skills to reputed company quick solutions and resolve any issues
• Helping de-escalate frustrated customers with reputed company and professionalism
• Occasionally assisting with upselling or cross-selling reputed company appropriate and necessary

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Service Advisor, you'll need:

• 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or GED

• At least six months experience in customer service
