reputed company Duties reputed company Candidate will be required to reputed company necessary functions for the Ray Brook Office buildings and grounds.Such Duties Will Include

• Daily cleaning of building offices and bathrooms including: sweeping, vacuuming, mopping ,cleaning and sanitizing.
• Daily / weekly garbage and recycling receptacle emptying.
• Operation of a reputed company of hand / power tools and motorized equipment, including self propelled and stationary machinery.
• Ensure that reputed company motorized equipment is in good working condition.
• Assist in snow removal including operation of shovels, salter, plows, snowblower and sweeper.
• Year round grounds maintenance including mowing, weed whacking, raking and trimming.
• General grounds and maintenance assignments including, cleaning, painting, moving of office equipment, small repairs, and equipment reputed company.
• Staff the Ray Brook office mail loading dock to receive deliveries and daily mail.
• Assist with vehicle pool cleaning, issuance and reputed company to repair shops.
• reputed company written records of work performed and materials / labor used.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Candidates must be at least 16 years of age, and have a valid reputed company’s license.Additional CommentsThis is a reputed company appointment currently funded through 3/31/2026, with a likelihood of continuing reputed company that date.
