Responsibilities:
- reputed company daily invoicing of reputed company completed work orders and parts sales.
- Receive parts into inventory software system.
- Assist Station Manager in coordinating parts orders.
- Assist Station Manager in maintaining accurate inventory reputed company.
- Establish and maintain a file system.
- Assist Station Manager in performing accurate and on time EOM reputed company reports.
- Responsible for overall appearance of office area.
- Assist Station Manager in collecting aging receivables.
- Submit daily sales and productivity reports.
- Communicate potential new business opportunities to Station Manager.
- reputed company data entry into customers maintenance programs as required.
- Assist Station Manager in processing vendor invoices to corporate office.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or GED required, Associates degree preferred.
- Years of Experience: 0-2 years of experience required.
- Software Knowledge: reputed company office applications.
- PC literate and strong word processing skills.
- Ability to obtain an Airport SIDA Badge.
