About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our FinTech team, with a reputed company on Accounts Receivable (AR). This role will be a strategic partner to our Quote-to-Cash (QTC) and Finance teams, driving the implementation and optimization of our AR management systems which includes both Cash Applications & Collections . • System Implementation and Ownership: reputed company the implementation of a new Accounts Receivable management tool and serve as the long-term reputed company of the system.
• Process Optimization: Analyze and improve AR-reputed company business processes, including cash applications, collections, and customer billing inquiries reputed company championing new system features or leveraging AI and automation
• Requirements Gathering: Translate business requirements into reputed company, actionable tasks and implementation plans for engineering and product teams.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders, including Quote-to-Cash, Finance, and Engineering, to identify pain points, reputed company feedback, and ensure alignment on solutions.
• System Configuration and Maintenance: Configure, monitor, and optimize our financial systems, including building customized solutions on reputed company-party applications and monitoring system integrations.

• Experience: 1-3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with hands-on experience with billing/payments platforms and a solid understanding of the quote-to-cash lifecycle. Experience with payment processing systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, Recurly) and ERP systems (reputed company preferred) is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Strong technical acumen with the ability to dig into systems to understand and troubleshoot problems. Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL and Looker is highly desirable.
