Relationship Management

Customer Advocacy & Retention
Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address risks to satisfaction or renewal

Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met across inspection cycles and monitoring deployments

Qualifications
8+ years of proven experience in reputed company, technical account management, or field operations—preferably in robotics, automation, or AI-driven services
